I've had the opportunity to know JJ for the past three years. As a freshman, I saw his athleticism play in all aspects of the game as he excelled as an infielder, hitter, and pitcher. Last year, he had the opportunity to get significant playing time on varsity as a sophomore. JJ strives to be the best athlete he can be as he works to constantly improve himself. With his drive to improve, I anticipate JJ having a big impact on the Lakes Baseball Program on the field and as a leader this year and moving forward. JJ has a bright future ahead of him at Lakes and in his baseball career.

Whether it be in the infield or behind the plate JJ displays above average potential compared to other athletes his age. Future coaching paired with a natural increase in strength and speed, that will come with age/maturity, will set JJ up to play baseball at a high level upon the completion of high school.
